Deposits and Withdrawals Terms
All financial transactions on LottoGo are governed by the contractual conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions. Deposits may only be made from payment methods that are registered in your own name. LottoGo does not accept third-party funding under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification before funds are released. LottoGo reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal if verification has not been completed or if a transaction is flagged for compliance review. Any fees that apply to a transaction will be disclosed at the point of processing. Reversal of a pending withdrawal is permitted under specific conditions stated in the Terms, after which the funds are returned to your account balance.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
Bonuses and promotions available on LottoGo are subject to specific eligibility conditions and general contractual obligations. Only one bonus may be claimed per eligible player, household, or shared device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. LottoGo reserves the right to cancel or forfeit a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or a breach of the applicable conditions. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts. LottoGo may amend or withdraw any promotion at any time in accordance with its legal rights. Full details of wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games are set out in the individual promotion terms.
KYC and AML Obligations
Under LottoGo’s Terms and Conditions, you are contractually obliged to cooperate with all identity verification and financial compliance checks that the platform is required to carry out. This obligation applies at registration, prior to any withdrawal, and at any other point LottoGo determines a check is necessary. You must provide accurate and complete information when requested. Failure to cooperate with these checks may result in restrictions being placed on your account, including the suspension of withdrawals. These obligations exist to satisfy requirements under UK anti-money laundering legislation and the conditions of LottoGo’s operating licence.
Account Suspension and Closure
LottoGo may suspend, restrict, or close your account where documented grounds exist. The following circumstances may lead to account action.
- Breach of Terms: Any confirmed violation of the Terms and Conditions may result in immediate suspension;
- Fraudulent activity: Evidence of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation will trigger an account review and potential closure;
- Multiple accounts: Operating more than one registered account is grounds for closure of all associated accounts;
- Failed verification: Inability or refusal to complete required identity checks may result in account restrictions or closure;
- Prohibited use: Use of the platform for any purpose that breaches applicable law or the acceptable use conditions;
- Chargeback requests: Initiating an unauthorised chargeback on a deposit may result in account suspension pending investigation;
- Self-exclusion breach: Attempting to register or access the platform during an active self-exclusion period.
Changes to the Terms
LottoGo reserves the right to update or amend its Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, and the effective date of the latest revision is displayed at the top of the document. Where changes are material, LottoGo will notify registered users by email or through an in-platform notification before the updated Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, as stated in the official Terms and Conditions document.
Disputes and Complaints
LottoGo’s Terms and Conditions set out a structured process for raising complaints and resolving disputes. All users in the United Kingdom have the right to access this process. The steps below reflect the procedure documented in the official Terms.
- Internal complaint: Submit your complaint directly to LottoGo’s customer support team by email or live chat, providing full details of the issue.
- Formal escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first stage, request that it be escalated to the relevant internal department for further review.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution: If LottoGo is unable to resolve your complaint within eight weeks of receipt, you have the right to refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution provider.
- Regulatory escalation: Players in the United Kingdom may also refer unresolved complaints to the UK Gambling Commission if they believe their legal rights have not been upheld.
